Who we are
Reverz operates this website at https://www.reverz.com. For any question about this policy or about your data, contact info@reverz.com.
What we collect
Only what you submit through the consultation form: your name, work email, company and an optional message. Nothing is collected in the background beyond the aggregate analytics described below.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, nothing else. Your details are not added to marketing lists and are not shared for advertising.
How submissions are processed
Form submissions are delivered to our mailbox through an email delivery provider (Resend). The form is protected against automated abuse with Cloudflare Turnstile, which runs invisibly and may process limited technical data, such as your IP address, to distinguish humans from bots. This processing is described in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Analytics
This website measures how it is used, so we can see which pages are read and where visitors leave.
Vercel Web Analytics runs on every visit. It is cookieless and aggregate: it stores nothing on your device and does not follow you across sites.
Google Analytics 4 runs under Google Consent Mode. Until you accept, it stores and reads nothing on your device and reports only cookieless, aggregate measurements. If you accept, it sets two first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_ZHZ2E7J7MY) that let us recognise a returning browser. No advertising or personalisation signals are enabled, nothing is shared with advertisers, and there is no cross-site tracking.
You can change or withdraw your answer at any time through “Cookie Settings” in the footer. Declining also removes any analytics cookies already stored.
Retention
Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to handle them. [Retention period: client/legal item.]
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, and you can object to its processing. Send any request to info@reverz.com.
Supervisory authority
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. [Which authority applies depends on establishment: legal item.]
